Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Implementation & Automation Lead to drive the firm’s digital transformation. The role focuses on transitioning from manual processes to an AI-first consultancy model, improving efficiency, reducing turnaround time by 50%, and supporting a 4X revenue growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit existing workflows and identify automation opportunities
  • Implement AI-driven solutions across departments
  • Manage and structure data for accuracy, security, and scalability
  • Improve operational efficiency through automation tools
  • Lead staff training and ensure adoption of AI systems
Requirements (Must Have)
  • Master’s degree in AI, Automation, Digital Transformation (preferred)
  • Professional certifications (CA / ACCA / ICMA / CIMA) are a strong advantage
  • 5–8 years of experience in AI implementation, automation, or digital transformation
  • Experience in consulting, fintech, SaaS, or professional services firms preferred
  • Hands-on expertise in:
    • No-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Make.com)
    • AI tools & LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini)
    • Prompt engineering
  • Strong understanding of Pakistan’s regulatory environment (FBR, SECP, IPO) is a plus
Nice to Have
  • Experience with API integrations, CRM systems, and document management systems
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts

Deputy Manager - FAS (Financial Advisory & Services)

We are seeking a competent and dedicated candidate for the position of Deputy Manager in our Financial Advisory Services (FAS) Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage audit and accounting assignment for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing client needs and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Develop comprehensive audit plans, considering risk assessments and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the execution of audit procedures, ensuring adherence to audit standards and meeting deadlines.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of FAS, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment and conduct performance evaluations and mentor team members for professional development.
  • Identify and communicate financial and operational insights to clients.
  • Advise clients on best practices for maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Assess and analyze financial and operational risks associated with client engagements.
  • Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks and improve overall risk management processes.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports, summarizing findings, recommendations, and areas for improvement. Present audit reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Any other task that will be assigned by the MP from time to time.

Qualification

  • ACCA/CA/ICMA (Finalist/Qualified)
  • At least Bachelors/Masters in Accountancy & Finance from HEC Recognized & Well-reputable Institution

Experience

  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience preferably in a chartered account firm or relevant industry etc

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, ERP systems, and reconciliation processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in MS Office and related financial tools

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ERP Research Associate to support the evaluation, analysis, and implementation of ERP systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in researching ERP solutions, assisting in product development insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including development, implementation, and sales.


Key Responsibilities:

Research & Market Analysis

Conduct in-depth research on ERP systems, features, and industry trends
Stay updated with emerging technologies, ERP innovations, and fintech developments

ERP Evaluation & Benchmarking

Evaluate ERP solutions, including QALB ERP (FTI-owned), for functionality, scalability, and industry fit
Prepare comparative analysis reports on leading ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics)

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with the development team to share insights for product enhancement
Work closely with the implementation team to understand client requirements and identify system gaps

Business Support

Support sales and marketing teams with technical insights and product positioning
Analyze fintech industry requirements and align ERP capabilities accordingly

Documentation & Training

Assist in preparing documentation, product manuals, and training materials


Required Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized and reputable university (Business, IT, Computer Science, or relevant field)
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes
• Analytical mindset with strong research and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Prior exposure to ERP systems or internships ​ in relevant domains will be a plus
