Job Responsibilities:
·Identify and target potential clients across SMEs and large enterprises in key Pakistani sectors (e.g., manufacturing, textile, pharmaceuticals, services).
·Utilize local market intelligence, networking, cold calling, and digital channels to generate a pipeline of qualified leads.
·Conduct comprehensive needs assessments for prospective clients to understand their existing business processes and pain points.
·Develop and deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations and sales presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition of our ERP solution.
·Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing, ensuring profitability while meeting client expectations.
·Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure and handover to the implementation team.
·Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for revenue, deal volume, and pipeline health.
·Conduct ongoing market research specific to the Pakistani ERP landscape, including competitor analysis, industry trends, and localized customer needs
·Collaborate with the global/local marketing team to execute targeted marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, print) tailored for the Pakistani audience.
·Assist in creating localized marketing collateral, case studies, and sales tools that highlight successful ERP implementations within the region.
·Support digital marketing efforts (SEO, PPC, Social Media) to drive targeted traffic and lead capture relevant to ERP solutions in Pakistan.

Job Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain the entire trademark portfolio in Pakistan, including national and international registrations (e.g., Madrid Protocol filings designating Pakistan).
· Oversee and manage the end-to-end filing, examination, opposition, and registration process for new trademark applications with the Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan (IPO-Pakistan).
· Ensure the timely and accurate renewal of all existing trademark registrations to maintain validity and statutory compliance.
· Conduct and analyze comprehensive trademark searches (similarity, availability, and distinctiveness) before launching new brands, products, or services.
· Implement and manage trademark watch services to proactively monitor and identify unauthorized use, infringement, and passing-off activities in the Pakistani market.
· Provide timely and accurate legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders (Marketing, R&D, Sales) on all matters related to brand naming, usage, packaging, advertising, and compliance with local trademark laws and regulations.
· Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date records of all trademark files, correspondence, official communications, and expenditures.
