Sanaullah & Co., a leading tax, corporate, and financial advisory firm with 15 years of excellence, is seeking a professional and competent, result driven and self-motivated Human Resource Intern (Female) to assist in executing day-to-day HR activities and initiatives.  


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Support the onboarding process of new hires, including documentation, orientation, and induction coordination.
  • Help in drafting and formatting HR documents such as job descriptions, offer letters, and employee records.
  • Maintain and update HR data in the Human Resource Information System (Odoo) and physical files.
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities, internal communications, and HR events.
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related queries and assist in routine administrative support.
  • Participate in HR projects related to performance management, training, and policy updates.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with HRIS software or Odoo HR Module.
  • Understanding of basic HR functions like recruitment, payroll, employee relations, or learning & development.
  • Interest in organizational psychology, workplace culture, or HR analytics.

Qualification

  • At least bachelor’s degree in human resource management, from HEC recognized and well-reputed university.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a dynamic HR team.
