Sanaullah & Co., a leading tax, corporate, and financial advisory firm with 15 years of excellence, is seeking a professional and competent, result driven and self-motivated Human Resource Intern (Female) to assist in executing day-to-day HR activities and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Support the onboarding process of new hires, including documentation, orientation, and induction coordination.
- Help in drafting and formatting HR documents such as job descriptions, offer letters, and employee records.
- Maintain and update HR data in the Human Resource Information System (Odoo) and physical files.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities, internal communications, and HR events.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related queries and assist in routine administrative support.
- Participate in HR projects related to performance management, training, and policy updates.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with HRIS software or Odoo HR Module.
- Understanding of basic HR functions like recruitment, payroll, employee relations, or learning & development.
- Interest in organizational psychology, workplace culture, or HR analytics.

Qualification
- At least bachelor’s degree in human resource management, from HEC recognized and well-reputed university.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a dynamic HR team.
Experience
- Fresh to 6 months of relevant experience
