Full Stack Developer

Fast Track Innovations is expanding its technology team in Karachi, Pakistan, and we are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our growing organization.

This role is ideal for a passionate developer with strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development, capable of building scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications. The successful candidate will work across the entire software development lifecycle, from understanding business requirements and designing solutions to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Backend Development: Develop, enhance, and maintain responsive and interactive web applications using Angular.
• Frontend Development: Build responsive, user-friendly, and interactive interfaces using frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• API Development & Integration: Design, develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Database Management: Design, manage, and optimize databases, ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and processing.
• Code Quality & Maintenance: Write clean, reusable, efficient, and maintainable code while following established coding standards and best practices.
• Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing, troubleshoot technical issues, identify bugs, and implement effective solutions to ensure application reliability.
• System Integration: Integrate third-party services, APIs, and external systems to enhance application functionality.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Deployment & Version Control: Support application deployment, CI/CD processes, and source code management using Git or similar tools.

Ideal Candidate

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

1-3 years of professional experience in full stack web application development, with practical experience in frontend and backend technologies.

Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with frontend frameworks (Angular)
• Proficiency in backend technologies (.NET Core / ASP.NET Core)
• Good understanding of RESTful API development, integration, and consumption.
• Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and application deployment processes.
• Knowledge of application security, debugging, and performance optimization.
