Assistant Manager Corporate

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager for our Corporate Department. The ideal candidate will support the Corporate Manager in identifying growth opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving initiatives that align with the firm's strategic goals. This role involves a combination of strategic planning, market analysis, and hands-on execution to contribute to the firm's overall business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Company Incorporation in SECP (Private/Public/Smc-Private/NPO/NGO).
  • Registration of Trust/Societies/Sindh Charity Commission/ WPPF/ PF/ GF/ SESSI/ EOBI/ SRB/ PSEB/ KCCI.
  • Registration of Association of Persons (AOP) in Registrar of Firms.
  • Filing of Annual Statutory Forms including (Form-A-9-19-26) for all companies in SECP.
  • Filing of Statutory Forms on event based filing including Form-3_3A (Allotment and Transfer of Shares), Form-7 (Increase in Authorized Capital), Application-2 for Conversion of Private Limited to Public unlisted/ Smc-Private Limited and Vice versa.
  • Filing and Registration of Form-10 for (Charge Registration, Modification and Satisfaction) in SECP.
  • Filing of Audited/ Un-audited Financial Statement for all companies in SECP.
  • Filing of Extension and Direction of Companies if needed in SECP.
  • Responsible for show cause notice, proceedings and winding up of Companies.
  • Drafting of Documents including : (Partnership Deed, Authority Letter, Power of Attorney, Application for Extension/ Directions, Board Resolution, Auditor Consent/ Certificate, Notice/Minutes of AGM, Transfer/ Gift Deed of Shares, Affidavit and Resignation Letter)
  • Monthly Filing of EOBI returns of Client.
  • Coordinate (via call/visit) with the officers of government authorities for initiated proceeding including SECP, BOI and MOI.
  • Resolving the objection from SECP against any compliances made.
  • Any other task that will be assigned by the respective corporate manager and managing partner.

Qualification

  • At least graduate, more preferable to have LLB /MBA/ACCA/ ICMA degree Qualified/Partly Qualified

Experience

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience preferably within the professional services industry, such as accounting, auditing, or consulting.

Skills & Competencies

  • In-depth knowledge of Companies Act, 2017.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong knowledge of Laws and Regulations.
